My journey with KBM began in June 2007 when I started my ACCA qualification. KBM gave me the platform to gain practical experience whilst completing my professional qualification. With the encouragement of KBM management, I have managed to gain a sound knowledge of accounts, tax and audit in a short period of time. What encourages me to put effort beyond the requirement is seeing senior managers willing to invest time in developing my career.

Working closely with clients is the best thing I enjoy at KBM, which then enables me to truly understand their need in order for me to give them the expert advice when they need it.

Current Job Title: IT Support Manager

I joined the company in 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has a very pleasant working environment which helps in enhancing my skills building confidence and excels my personal development.

My role in KBM is to provide day to day technical desktop support, update and routine maintenance of server, network management, plan and monitor work and maintenance schedules, reporting on IT activities and liaising with senior management on all technical related aspects within the company.

When I am not in office; I like travelling, playing football & cricket, listening to music and particularly keen on learning about new technology.

I joined KBM London office in 2011 and currently involved in the payroll services. Being a Payroll Executive, my main responsibility is the overall delivery of Payroll services ensuring quality, flexibility, accuracy and the most importantly offering our clients the customised Payroll to meet the needs of their business. I also help in credit control and administration work.

I found KBM as a great place to work. Everyone here from colleagues to higher management, is very friendly, supportive and loyal to both clients and peers.

Current Job Title: Office Adminstrator

I started working in the company 10 years ago as an office junior and completed my NVQ level 2 in Administration. I am working within the admin team at present and over the years I have acquired so much knowledge and built confidence in many aspects of the job and look forward to continue to learn and progress in the future.

We have friendly and approachable office personnel and consider that we have an open and cordial relationship with our clients, whilst retaining at all times a professional attitude to our work.

After completing a bookkeeping course with Pitman training centre in 2008, I joined the KBM practical training program which helped me put the knowledge I had acquired into practice.

I was then offered a job with KBM group as an admin assistant and credit controller.

It is now 5 years that I am with KBM and I have progressed into my career and work in the accounts department as a VAT executive. I look forward to go even further than this once I complete my AAT.

The relationship we have with our clients and other members of staff makes working here an enjoyable experience.

Working for KBM as a Payroll Executive for over a year now has not just been useful for my career development but for my personal development too.

I have been working in the Luton Branch and to be honest it's like my second home, the people here are lovely and always have the time to help. During my time at KBM since 2011, it has equipped me with the capabilities to work effectively in highly pressurised situations which in turn refined my analytical skills to a great extent.

My current role is in the VAT and the Accounts department as well as being engaged in self assessment accounts. I work alongside with my seniors who have guided me substantially and trained me in vast skills which have placed me in my role today.

I believe that KBM is very adamant on providing high-quality advice and service to our clients. KBM also has a wide portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to large audit clients who have helped me gain versatile experience.

Withal, the challenges faced from my varied roles have equipped me with the ability to work expeditiously in fast and dynamic environments. The staffs are amazingly friendly and there is a very sociable yet workable environment in the office.

I started working with KBM in 2010. I have had a good experience with my colleagues and senior management who have supported me in my professional development.

Started in an admin role, I progressively worked my way up through different roles in the company dealing with clients' Book Keeping, Payroll, Credit control and Secretarial work with HMRC and Companies House. I am now involved in the preparation of clients' accounts and have developed a good working relationship with them.

The working atmosphere is very pleasant. Overall, I enjoy my work here and appreciate the fact that I have learnt a lot from my varied job roles over the past three years.

I started working at KBM in April 2015 as an apprentice. I have now completed my NVQ level 3 in Business Administration and I’m currently working as an office administrator here at KBM Luton office. My role involves ensuring all our clients are kept happy and I deal with the overall maintenance of the office.

My confidence and general knowledge about office admin work and accounting have definitely improved since I started working here. Completing my apprenticeship with KBM has massively helped me to follow the career path I had chosen.

My role includes preparation of self assessments accounts along with bookkeeping for company accounts. KBM has a diverse range of clientele which gives me the opportunity to work for and experience different type of industries.
