We have had some changes in Lahore office where one of our senior colleagues have shifted to the Luton branch. This meant that responsibilities were going to shift and Hafsa was there again to see how we were going to handle the tasks. She has been giving us training for a while now and now we wanted to make sure we remember everything she's helped us in but where she saw we were struggling ,she gave us that push we needed. Despite having the whole management and manager being fully involved with us is great but having someone working in one of the main offices to come and regularly visit us here is very encouraging and satisfying.

I don't think there anyone who could explain better than Nasser Sir on how to post data onto Sage Accounts Production Advanced software (SAPA) and generate Accounts. He has also helped me gain insight on how to fix basic reporting errors which I was finding very difficult to do in the beginning. knowing the theory is one thing but practically doing it is another. I always look forward to his visit here in Lahore office and thank you again Sir!

Hafsa has patiently listened and given suggestions around better target achieving , teamwork and use of Sage Accounting software. She is very supportive and encouraging which motivate me to do better in my role. I had always struggled with software's, and when I was given Sage Accounting Software to learn through Sage Webinars, I could understand it properly. Hafsa has took her time to understand the difficulty I was facing and helped me overcome it.
